Martha is our soigneur, data analyst and massage therapist. She has been active in competitive cycling from a young age, participating in various mountain biking and cyclo-cross events across the UK since 2016.

In addition to her team role Martha operates Lebentz Sports Massage, offering professional sports massage therapy aimed at enhancing athletic performance and alleviating muscle tension from her practice in Bury St Edmunds.

Her dedication to the sport is further highlighted by her academic achievements. She graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in Sports Performance, reflecting her commitment to both the practical and theoretical aspects of athletics.
